Possible that Milford really starts to enjoy playing with Ponga and stays.

And some how Clifford finds form and becomes a decent 7.
 
The key to signing Millford will probably be what sort of life he can lead off the field.
If he has a good life in Newcastle I think he'll stay.
From the reports of how he was living before he came down, I don't think we have much to compete with.
 
It's worth a crack but I imagine it'll be tough to compete with going back home to Queensland and playing under Wayne again who he's played with already. Everything here is new to him, but the location and the players have a little while yet to convince him so we can hope. Not much on the market otherwise.

He didn't. Disappointing for Knights fans. Game was Pryce's team vs KPP's team and neither played. For Pryce it would have been his first game back from a 10 week layoff due to suspension, hence the coach not selecting him. KPP is out injured at the moment.

Bennett is too old to be a major draw card, how much longer is the guy going to be realistically around the game, signing for the Dolphins you couldn't be sure what your team would look like and who might be your coach in a few years time.

If it was me after the **** he went through in Brisbane if I fit in well at Newcastle, liked it here, pay was decent and started playing good football I would resign here. Better the devil you know than going back to qld as possibly their best player and having those expectations on you again.
