The Angus Crichton situation presents a case of rather unfortunate timing here, they would regularly have a depth chart of
Crichton/Tupouniua/Nat Butcher/Egan/Wong.

Instead with Tupouniua's injury as well they're down to Butcher/Butcher/Wong at the moment, understandably less keen to trade a position lacking in depth when no return date is defined for those missing.

500k isn't a low ball offer for a kid that plays on the wing and can be found out with kicks in behind him...

Difference is Roosters are a top 4 team the Knights are a bottom 4 team.

That's why players will leave this club, until that changes and we are competitive and making the finals you can't expect any players to stay here while Ponga and Daddy get as much money as possible

Contact injury 3 to 4 weeks, could just be precaution because of his history
