Minor premiers: 4%
Top 4: 20%
Top 8: 50%
Top 12: 75%

After so many hopeful starts over the last 20 odd years, we are fearful of making any predictions about where the Knights might finish the 2026 season.
To be honest, after the horrors over this period, we are too gun shy about making any predictions.
 
Hopwood will have a big year and be playing regular firstgrade by mid season.

Sosia Latu will be the surprise debut player.

Manuleleua will do a John Ribot and move from second row to wing. The big unit will replace Marzhew.

Saulo won't get through pre-season - he never does.

Sharpe will play several positions and score tries in every one of them.

Hola will either be a lot better than we expect, or a lot worse than we expect. either starting in firsts, or 18th man in reserves.

I reckon at least 3-4 of these will pan out.

Sharpe unbackable odds to end up in a Mr Fix It role in the backline, definitely think you’re on to something there.

Let’s say Best or Gagai cops a long term injury, who would we trust more to fill in for them than him?

How’s Manulelua’s turning circle? That’s always the worry with really big wingers. If they’re too heavy and lead footed they can be really susceptible to conceding kick tries. Of multiple kinds.
 
1. NRL side will finish between 10th and 12th.
2. NSW Cup will win a semi then get knocked out week 2.
3. Flegg will struggle and finish 3rd last.
4. NRLW side will finish 5th.

2. Nrl side to win one game of finals
3. Sharpe to get even better and have an amazing year creating some rep honours
4. McEwen and Hopwood to become mainstay top grade players
5. Nrlw side to come 4th
 
Predictions for 2026

Dylan Lucas to debut in Origin and also become the next captain of the Knights

Greg Marzhew to finish up at the Knights after the 2026 Season

Lachlan Crouch to debut in Vegas and become a mainstay in the 17

Francis Manuleulua to also debut in 2026 and become a regular impact player off the bench

One of Gagai or Frizell to retire in 2026

Sandon Smith and Trey Mooney to both really breakthrough in 2026

DylBro to start the year slow but lead the comp in try assists by the end of the season

Dom Young to lead the comp in tries scored

Harrison Graham to be preferred over Matt Arthur in the 14 spot with the latter dominating NSW Cup instead

Tino to leave the Titans and re-join the Storm for 2027

Matt Burton to sign for the Bears ahead of the 2027 Season

Queensland to wrap the Origin series in 2 games and Laurie Daley to be sacked afterwards

Dolphins to finally play finals in 2026

Roosters win the NRLW

Panthers win the NRL Minor Premiership


I'll be stoked if I get more than 3 predictions right!
