People had unrealistic expectations of the side in 2018 just because of the recruitment drive. Still clearly a weak engine room, which wasn't addressed till Brown signed Klemmer and then the Saifitis both took a big step forward during the first O'Brien year.

More in relation that if the Tigers come 16th people won’t have them as the biggest improvers in the comp.

I think the Tigers will improve and avoid ghe spoon but their defence has to be a lot better. They'll have a good spine next year but I've got questions on their forward pack even with May in.
 
Knights to start the season with the same high percentage game plan that they finished last season with and be in the 8 for most of the season. Instead of then loosening the reigns and letting the team play some footie AOB will think “if it ain’t broke….” Subsequently we’ll get found out and miss finals.

4. souths to miss 8, Sea Eagles miss 8
5. Biggest improvers - tigers
6. Phins make their first semis
7. knights take 8th spot
8. knights re sign Leo and Kpp
9. ponga attacking kicking game continues to evolve and starts a few games in 7
10. top 4 - Storm, Bulldogs, Roosters, Broncos. # Storm # Win GF
