Round 9: Knights v Raiders @ Canberra Stadium

I don't think we played poorly yesterday, the Sharks just did better at us at the grinding game. We were too boring for our own good, again.
Oh, and the last 5 minutes and extra time were a joke.

As for this weekend, who knows what Raiders and Knights sides will show up. Either team could win by 30.

If the Raiders are rolling us through the middle and Wayne persists with his game plan I'll probably go paint the fence or something to prevent a rage meltdown.
 
This is a winnable game, Raiders won this week, we lost this week, they are just as inconsistent as we are so it can bounce around again next week!

Both teams to come out firing but we'll make too many errors and have the Raiders capitalise on them. I am still confident but unfortunately I think the Raiders will grind out the win at home.

Raiders have the second highest error count in the NRL they have made 96 errors @ 12 per game

The knights have the 4th lowest error count and have made 76 @ 9.5 per game

If anything I think we will capitalise on their mistakes :)

The Sharkies made a heap of errors the week before us and look what happened there ;)

That is true but the Sharks defence is alot tougher to break than the Raiders defence which is why I am confident we can capitalise on the errors they make :)

(Sharks have conceded 135 points so far this season The Raiders have conceded 201 points so far this season)
 
I honestly think this is the Raiders game to lose. If they play to their potential, they are as good as anyone and I'm not so sure we can match that yet. However, knowing the Raiders after a big win they'll put in a terrible performance and we'll win by 30. Then we get overconfident and get destroyed by the Bulldogs the following week :fist:

Off the Knights twitter, Mullen's had his scan and only has bone bruising. He will be assessed during the week for this week's game.

Don't expect an easy win. Any side can make so many errors a game. They've beat the Storm and will be back at home confident.

I never said it would be easy in fact if you look at my prediction I said knights by 10...Raiders are never easy in Canberra but I am confident of the boys bouncing back in this one

I did misspell Gould, but I think you'll find that last week I said I would misspell it, so this is exactly what I was expecting. 8)
 
I don't know if its been mentioned, but had anybody else notice mullo has put his running game in the bag this season? He is a beast when he takes the line on, Wayne needs to tell kurt to put his away instead.

Next insider can Someone ask Wayne on my behalf? Love to see it back.

It's more than likely down to the knee. That's my guess, anyway. I don't see any other reason for him putting it in the bag.
