no when the broncs player was complianing of the calf injury they reckon pato purposely doug his knee into it to hurt him and it does look intentional i must admit but anyone who knows patto for more then 1minute knows its just not the type of guy he is
 
Aw Pato was so nice though to stay back wioth the Broncos player (can not remember his name) after he got concussed or what not for two plays until others come to help him.

Paterson and Edwards we're great I gotta say, Gids tried hard at 6, but he looks like a duck out of water there when Mullen isn't in form. Mika went good I thought, Jimmy and Aku tried their best as usual!

It was impossible to tell from the footage on Edward's try, so they went back to the on-field ref who had the best view and said no try.

Were you playing last night, because that is the only way you would know it was a try?
 
It's officially happened, rugby league has become a joke. Goodwyn just scored a botd try which was so obviously not a try, but was called a try because "it looked good", and yet Edwards couldn't get a try because it was so obviously not a try, that the vid ref had to send it back to the ref to decide
 
For the record it was Barba and that was definitely more of a case of BOTD then the Edwards one as there was more proof he got it down.

What a try that was.
 
His leg touched the corner post before he put it down, and you can't get anymore doubt then referring it back because you can't tell

I'm happy with Edwards not being given that a try. I'm also content with the forward pass call to Richie and well we all know that Maddog knocked it on. The video ref is only to make a decision if he has an advantage over what the refs saw, which is the majority of the time. However when everyone dives around the area of the ball then he has no advantage over the ref.
