Jesus we where awful all over the park, forwards where crap. We lost the ruck all night. Mullen had awful decisions and got tackled on 4th tackle way too often. Mad Dog was shiit, looks so slow and got burned tonight, he has added nothing since coming back. Sau defence was also scratchy though I thought he played alright.

In saying that we should have one that game, the Fa'aoso no try was crap, I thought it was line ball and the ****iing Broncs got away with forward passes way worse, that should have been a try. Also I thought Edwards put the ball down, the ball went to low for it not to hit the ground but when they give it refs call it was always no try because the refs where against us all night. They where absolute rubbish and incredibly biased and incostistent. Blew penalties on us that weren't called for us and gave penalties just because someone touched Lockyer and they have to protect him!

So disappointed in our performance and angry at the refs, they cost us that game IMO. I know it probably sounds like sour grapes but I am so angry and I need to vent.
 
Made 35 tackles missed very few, looked dangerous with the ball, chased our long kicks better then any other player.
 
I thought our wingers were exceptional tonight, and did a heavy work load, followed up by our back rowers. Tolar, Tui, Ant, were disapointing unfortunatly. I really think Nev would have been ideal tonight to tell you the truth. I agree Adam does look out of sorts, but do you really think dropping him is going to help ? I would let him play this week at home, he would know he is below par and will be primed for a big one. Like I said before I am not too worried, the game could of swung our way tonight and the result could of been different.
 
Bitterly disappointed, with a win tonight we could have been in 1st. No we are stuck in 8th tied with 7 other teams on 4 points and behind 7 teams on 6.

I know its only early days but these games could and no doubt will prove costly later in the season, hopefully it effects us winning or losing the minor premiership and not making or not making the top 8. (fingers crossed)
 
That try under the sticks that has ruled a forward pass was a joke. Didnt help our cause. We made crucial errors at the back end of the game which cost us the points. Also we started abit **** but responded well with pattos try. At least we stayed in the contest, 3 years ago we would have lost by alot more.

The fowards can't do that much more when we are getting taxed with penalties every ****ing set and working the donkeys up the field! The Fa'aoso and Edwards no try's we're disgraceful, I have seen so many of those flat balls slide through to not be called upon and I thought the Edwards try should of been given too, the ball quite clearly found the line when the Broncos player tried to hold him up and forced Eddy into the ground with the ball. Anyway, no point complaining. The refs hate us!

Paterson and Edwards we're great I gotta say, Gids tried hard at 6, but he looks like a duck out of water there when Mullen isn't in form. Mika went good I thought, Jimmy and Aku tried their best as usual!
 
I want to know what happened to the refs cracking down on the scrum. Wallace may have well just kept the ball in his hands, run around the back of the scrum and fired a pass out the backline. We were penalised 3 times a couple of weeks ago.

Yep against Manly Jarrod got penalised for a second row feed. The rules must have changed again this week as Wallace's feeds were blatant, but this is par for the course with Bill 'We never make a mistake' Harrigan running the show.
 
Big worry with DeGois, his face on the bench didn't seem happy at all!
In that first half especailly we were really lacking the effort of pushing up when the Broncos had the ball, we'd let them gain an easy 10 atleast each run, we've really got get on them as soon as they have the ball. I thought Edwards had a good game, aswell as Pato he was making a fair few tackles and had some good runs. Wes didn't play to good, I'm really not confident with him in fullback everytime a highball comes I struggle to watch haha, I'm missing Gids back there, though he's doing well in 5/8.
We were lucky that Parker couldn't kick a goal otherwise that scoreboard would have been looking alot worse. I'm still a bit annoyed with the Edwards 'no try' the ball was shown inches away from the ground and when the last Broncos player came ontop you'd think the ball would have to go down with the impact of him ontop, though I guess Edwards walking back to start the play didn't help convince the ref. IMO if it goes to video ref his decision should be the last decision, it's called up to him for a reason, initially because the ref didn't see the whole play or what not, it should be him who makes the final decsion, especially after replaying it so many times, for heck sake even give it benefit of the doubt it you have no decision after the constant replays, in other words I don't believe there should be the availability of Refs call, he couldn't call it in the first place that's why it's gone to the video ref.

Spoke to Pato last night. He said he honestly slipped and fell over. I said it didn't look good on replay and he said he would 'never doing anything like that to anyone as he'd get his backside kicked' and hoped he didn't have any case to answer.
