This is our come back game of the year!

I believe we'll come out with the win against them again.

Hope the weather sorts itself out later in the week. No reason why we cant pull 20k+ even with Henry and Paterson gone. Penrith draw an ok amount of opposition supporters and the corresponding game last year was entertaining (not that we were the winners in the end)

We had 18k for the Warriors and Eels games and they were both effected by rain either on the day or the day before.

Team news:

- Tolar and McManus will be named this afternoon but highly unlikely to play against Penrith
- Roberts trained strongly yesterday
- Mata'utia will replace any backline player that's out

I'm ecstatic with both of these headlines! Mata'utia will be a great addition after his debut against Roosters and it's good to hear Tyrone is training hard and most likely to play.

Pretty crappy about McManus & Tolar though, Jimmy was starting to regain great form.

Feeling confident.

Don't rate Penrith at all, we complete our sets and roll foward out of our own half we will win.

Knights 1-12.

Finally making it down to another game. Last time was the 30-6 win over the dogs last season so hopefully we'll see something similar. I'll take a 1 point win and some sunshine but after checking the weather from the past few days down there.

Not Confiedent at all. Panthers have found some form and we are struggling atm.

Well we smashed them 42-8 at penrith. I hope we can do something similar. Also some of our wins over penrith in recent seasons at ausgrid have been by decent margins. I'm actually quite confident we can win on saturday evening. We just need to for the sake of making the 8 this season & getting some consistency. I think the weeks break might have helped freshen up the players too.

Weather looks terrible. Typical Newcastle weather on a Knights game. Atm it is absolutely pouring. Not too confident. I think we can scrape away with a win but i think Lewis will be a real danger man. He'll look dangerous with the ball all game.

It'll clear up on Thursday arvo/night and Friday and Saturday will be fine.
Not too confident, I tip us only because we're at home, we will have no kicking game whatsoever so the forwards must aim up, another good defensive effort is needed.

Thanks Alicia you have stuffed my day!

Depends on how well Petro and Luke Lewis pull up after tonight. Could well be a torrid forward battle

De Las Heras is shocking but I don't mind Badger as a ref he interacts well with the players and doesn't make too many bad decisions.
