graphics don't really look spectacular IMO, that won;t stop me from buying it though. I am probably getting a 360 soon so I will buy it on that.
 
nah no franchise mode and made by big ant pretty much means it will suck, trust me going to be bare bones, sidhe have been making RL games for a few years now and they haven't got it right, not that its wrong just needs improvement

this game wont be any good so dont get too excited
 
Hopefully there'll be some gameplay videos soon. Either way I'll be getting it for the PS3 when it comes out.

How would you know you havn't even played it.

But I do understand how people would feel like their is no franchise mode and such as it has not been mentioned.

Also, we should give this new mob a chance. Dont get me wrong, I thank SIDHE for giving us a few good rugby league games but the series needs to get better than it currently is, and I don't think SIDHE were up to that task.

Franchise mode or not, I will enjoy getting this on PS3 and playing online.
 
I will be getting it...Hopefully there is a franchise mode...Makes the game worth playing really haha
 
Ahhh yes!!! I've been looking around a couple of the games shops for a rugby league game just to play randomly (on 360 or pc) but now I can just wait for this :)
 
I will NEVER waste my money on a league game again. Because of this thread i decided to crack out RL2 on Xbox the other day. I lasted a whole 5 minutes.

The gameplay is terrible and slow and unreponsive.

Australian Sporting games are WAY behind those in the states. I know its because they have a much larger budget and user base, but it doesnt validate paying a similar price.

I'd much rather play Madden to any Australian based league game. And the "It'd be good if EA made the game" excuse doesnt fit, because Rugby 2005 and Cricket 2005 (Which I have both) are nowhere near as good as Madden 2005.

in terms of a rugby league game you take wat you can get

madden by far makes nrl its ***** (i have all nrl games and all maddens since 2004) but nrl is closer to heart

A few things are annoying me:
-The colour of the Queensland jersey is wrong. It almost looks purple.
-The collar on the Queensland jersey too big.
-The people in the crowd are wearing two colours, orange and white.
