Im more hopeful of Smith being able to be that ultra busy first receiver, but being able to add real value with his touches. Not just 'Cogger busy'

Even a 65 yo Foran is managing to be that player for the Kiwi's

Worth noting, he’s still not kicking a lot. If he’s thinking about the end of set kick he’s just not going to run as much and he should be running a lot. Three games in a row demonstrating how valuable his run is.

Unfortunately it sounds like he’ll play 7 for us, so we shan’t be seeing this version of him.

If he's watched the last three games and thinks Brown should play 7 we've got another dud coach.

Worth noting, Brown plays well behind tier 1 middles.

The Knights dont have tier 1 middles.

There's much that remains to be seen about how Brown fits into our system other than whether he wears 6 or 7 on his back.

Although I remain adamant he'll be playing 6. There's no way Holbrook is that dumb.

God what a bum

Surely, there’s no way way Holbrook could’ve watched the NZ matches and thought anything other than Brown 6, Crossland 9, and Smith 7 playing a similar role to Foran just a much younger more dynamic version, who can also run.

I know our forward pack is vastly inferior but if they can at least hold their own against other teams there’s plenty of other players to help out Brown.
