2023 Recruitment & Retention Thread

More I think about it less I like the idea of Miller, surely there’s someone at a Panthers or Roosters who isn’t near 30 and ideally under 23 we should be targeting instead who can’t get a run?

I think Miller is ready to go, for 23. We will have so much more options in 24 with Pyrce, and Hodgson. Will be healthy battle for F/B with Miller there also.

Hodgson hasn't been able to complete a pre-season.
If he gets through this one he could be the biggest improver we have.
He showed up here looking like a 12 year old who had never been inside a gym.
Now, he looks like he has muscles in his ****.
Even in his first year he led reserve grade for average tackle breaks per game and it took 3 to tackle him. The little guy has Tom Starling like strength.
Anyway, he might never have some luck with injuries and show us what he can do, or he might finally have a breakout year.
He don't look much, but neither did Robbie O.

Lol his had what 2 years here and can barely string together a reserve grade training session let alone an nrl game his a top 30 spot better spent elsewhere.
We have far bigger problems with our roster than Hodgson. The poor kid has had a few injuries but he is young and doesn't take up much of the salary cap.

We need to get rid of Mann, Fitzgibbon, Johns, Jones and Crossland.

All in my opinion are not first grade standard, are paid too much and chew up too much salary cap
