Ex-Knights Watch

slots Sione has made two appearences off ghe bench this year, no tries to date. Young Kevin Naiquama is killing them. Here is a link to the Saints home page:-

Sione was starting lock in both games so far. They have squad numbers over there, so he'll be number 14 for the year.

Watched the game against Hull KR and he was strong. Playing in the middle and got through a fair bit of work.

St Helens have a really good side. The halves in particular were very impressive.

cheers, managed to find the game stats, their site is pretty ordinary. looks like he's averaging about 55m and 20 tackles a game.

Can someone help me with the ex player we sent along to the magic round promo? I know the face but can't work out who it is.

I thought about him, but he looks a bit short. I wasn't sure what he'd think of the knights after what Smith did to him either.

The ones next to him are sitting on the fence, so his height is a bit of an optical illusion.

Herman Ese'ese is yet to get on the field for the Titans and is now being brought up as a possible replacement for McGuire at the Cows. I'd take him back in a heartbeat.

Something's up with Herman hey. His numbers are always good and he has the body type and mobility that if anything should make him a better forward under the six again rules. Yet he couldn't hold a starting spot under two consecutive coaches with us, and now he can't get on the team sheet at the Titans over a guy who was a train & trial player last year. His attitude & effort in defence was maybe a bit inconsistent with us but he was far from a solo traveller in that regard. He must be a bad trainer or something.

The problem with Herman, when he runs out of gas, he stops dead in his tracks. He can be going fine, and suddenly let’s in a soft try and goes missing entirely, because the tank is empty. Other players wind down slowly and give some warning that they are struggling but Herman goes from full charge to 0% in 2 seconds. He drives coaches crazy by suddenly going missing.

Think he was injured during pre-season then had his teeth knocked out in QLD Cup, but obviously out of favour in any case.
I don't think we can afford him with the money committed to forwards already.

Oh yeah I wouldn’t have Herman back. If the club is looking for an upgrade on the guy in the squad who’s the next best prop after Jacob, there’s some decent options off contract who’d cost a fair bit less.
