After saying that though, Matuata will not be given a shot and it will either be Naiqama or Lulia and I also think that Mika and Tovo wont be there and Tolar and Fa;aoso will be there even though they are playing like ****
1. Gidley (c)
2. Uate
3. Sau
4. Simon Williams
5. Vuna
6. Rogers/Mullen
7. Mullen/Ndaira
8. Cross
9. De Gois
10. Tolar
11. Ciraldo
12. Taia
13. Taufua
14. Hilder
15. Simpson
16. Tuimavave
17. Fa'aoso
Coach: Rip Taylor
Gidley to fullback because I'm not sure i can handle another week of McDonnell's drop balls and slipping over, we've also been missing his kick returns which really get us on the front foot in attack as well as how he directs the defence from the back which McDonnell is too timid to do in my eyes.
Uate is our best player atm.
Sau is on notice to start performing.
Williams to make his debut because of all the centres we have in the lower grades he is easily the form one, for those who haven't seen him play he is Junior Sau with Matt Gidley's hands.
Vuna is on notice as well.
Rogers in because we have no other options, Ndaira in if Rogers is out.
Mullen is ****ing lucky Dureau is injured or else I'd drop him.
Cross our form forward.
De Gois, enough said.
Tolar starting because we need Tui to come on when Cross comes off as our intensity drops an alarming amount when both of those players go off.
Ciraldo starting as he has been better than Simpson and Paterson
Taia starting because we need some spark in the team.
Taufua is our best wrestler in the team, always wins the ruck and I feel that's why we drop when he goes off as well because it allows them to get quick play the balls and dominate us.
Hilder to come on and replace Taufua in defence.
Simpson on the bench because he really hasn't performed recently and Gidley is back now so he's not the captain anymore.
Tui coming off the bench for reasons stated earlier.
Fa'aosos, if he doesn't perform this game drop him for Tovo or Edwards.
Rip Taylor can get a team playing with passion, pride and for each other.
Out:
Naiqama: lol
Paterson: Needs a couple of games for the Centurions to get his confidence back.
Rick Stone: GTF away from my team, has obviously tried to make all our forwards playmakers with alarming results such as none of them running it straight to the line anymore and usually ending up with one of them getting smashed due to a ****ty pass close to the line.
Rip Taylor can get a team playing with passion, pride and for each other.
Liam, I wish you were the coach!!!
Bringing juniors through the ranks is a slow process but, like the Broncos rebuilding, we gotta start somewhere. During my time in Newie the Club billeted country juniors with families whilst seeing to their schooling. Is this still happening or have we drifted away from this system?
Jonathon Thurston gone, reports 6 weeks to 12 months after dislocating left shoulder, Matt Bowen out, Aaron Payne in serious doubt, Luke O'Donnell to front the judiciary ~ surely this is building as the one we MUST win to get back on our feet and kick start the season!
North Queensland lock Luke O'Donnell's minute of madness in the Cowboys' 23-16 loss to the Wests Tigers looks to have cost him at least three weeks on the sidelines.
O'Donnell has been charged by the NRL judiciary with a grade two dangerous contact offence after an ugly tackle on Tigers fullback Beau Ryan which saw his neck twisted.
The tackle prompted a minor melee and the Australian representative was sin-binned just before half-time.
O'Donnell will be out for three weeks if he enters an early guilty plea but risks fours weeks if he decides to challenge it.
It was a fiery night for the 29-year-old who was penalised four times during the game including one incident in which he launched a spray at referee Gavin Badger.
Two charges have come out of South Sydney's 28-10 win over Newcastle with Rabbitohs utility Ben Lowe looking at a one-match ban for a grade two careless high tackle.
Knights centre Junior Sau faces the same length of time for a grade one dangerous contact to knee or legs.

Man some of you seem intent on crushing players careers before they begin so far I've heard Sullivan and Pete neither are ready particularly Sullivan, Pete needs 6 months and Simon Williams? slow and mistake prone.
If top grade players aren't firing it doesn't automatically mean younger players will be able to come in and fire, you'd be throwing these kids to the wolves

Knights centre Junior Sau faces the same length of time for a grade one dangerous contact to knee or legs.
WHAT THE .....!?!?!
Gayest charge at the judiciary ever!!!
Luke hadn't even forced the ball when Sau made the contact, as far as I'm aware you're still allowed to try and stop a player forcing the ball?
Sau's thighs made contact with Luke's legs ... how is that dangerous?!?! Luke was fine and didn't react. Do you get charged by the judiciary now for risking giving someone a cork?
This is the most ridiculous charge I have EVER seen in 16 years of following the sport.
It was Nathan Merritt that Sau went into with his knees, not Issac Luke.
