Tyson Frizell

If your looking at a solution for lock we have our future lock already running around in Best in my opinion. He's the ideal mould for a mobile lock and if he can keep his speed as he finishes growing, he will be a very damaging ball runner, just needs to develop that offload which he already looks like he has in him.
I was thinking it might be Sisagi's spot as well for much the same reason

Have to say id like to see a bit more of Sasagi the little ive seen of him he looks like one of those naturally gifted players that ooze class .. As ive said I haven't seen much of him but what I have seen looked good .

Hopefully Ese'ese and Watson are happy to stick around on the same money or maybe a bit less in Watson's case. Trouble is the Dogs seem very keen on Herman. Will he stay for 200k a year less? I wouldn't.

If our form continues on an upward spiral under O'Brien & we want him, it would have to make it tough. Watching the Dogs last weekend I was just thinking they legitimately are stuck in a Newcastle of 2016 type phase. I felt sorry for Cogger who went from that situation straight into the same thing at the Bulldogs where nothing is going right, he must be thinking how hard is this NRL thing.

I agree Kurriboy as Bradman matures, the pigs for him!

Also Joshhh I thought Jack Cogger could have done better as understudy to Pearce.

Talking of Best and his speed, it was good to see that his speed off the mark seems unaffected by his foot surgery. One of his tries and the one he should have scored come down to him burning off his opponents from a standing start. He doesn't look fast because of his "brick ****house" build, but he is.
The surgery he had sounds like it could have made running harder, not that I really understood what he had done, but they did say he had a bone removed completely and a ligament re attached, and that doesn't sound easy to do, or like it would be completely symptom free. Despite that, he is still going from 0 to 100 in about 2 steps.

Even if he gets to 6 foot and 105or 6 kg he would still be a dynamic centre ..Not sure why people want to change good players in there preferred position into something else , your probably weakening one position to maybe make one better Maybe .

I don't know if Best has a preferred position.
He says he played at 5/8 as a little kid.
His first year at the Knights he played second row in under 16s as a 14 year old - which was the position his father played for Manly and London, and where he saw himself playing.
His second year at the Knights he was coached by Scott Dureau in under 16s and Scott tried out players in many different positions, and got Best to play fullback because of his speed and ball skills. He had a fantastic year at fullback and was largely responsible for us winning the grandfinal. They picked him for NSW under 16s and put him on the wing.
In his 3rd year at the Knights he was supposed to be fullback in under 18s but was injured for the start of the season, so Starford Toa started at fullback and went so well that when Best was fit in about round 4 they put him in the centres for the first time. At the end of the year he toured with Australian Schoolboys and played fullback, wing and centre.
Last year he hardly gt on the field, but played centre for the Knights and was picked for NSW under 18s at fullback.
In short, he has played second row, fullback, wing and centres for the Knights, and wing, fullback and centre for NSW and Australia.

A bit of trivia for you , you grow to half your adult height in your first 2 years . A friend tried it and it worked, her son was 3'3" at 2yrs and at 21 is 6'6".
My son was 3'1/2" at 2yrs and at 19 is 6 ' with about 2 yrs left of growth.
Plus I looked it up since then and its right .
Nothing to do with footy sorry bout that .

lols. Will be measuring my 2 year old little girl as soon as she wakes up! Because she’s very tall. Parents down the park always think she’s like 4 years old and struggling with her speech. Ha ha.

Didn’t you say earlier this year that Best should be moved to fullback despite Best himself saying he preferred playing in the centres? Not having a dig, but it’s a bit contradictory.
