It's sobering watch a brand new club with a bunch of cast offs in the spine, who has never played a game, looking better in attack than we ever have bar two or three games under AOB.

While we are being told it will be 12 weeks until our team works it out.

To be honest I don't think the dolphins spine gelled all that well. They were super clunky but had a controlled portion and most of what they did was luck of the bounce or opposition defence making the decision easier. They just went to attack combos straight away. None of the 2,3,13,8, what are we actually doing sets the knights muster up.

Agree, Dolphins were always going to get up for this game. Week in week out will be a very different prospect.

Roosters were depleted and played awful. Like Panthers, I feel they have a major hangover from the world cup.

Don't take too much out of week 1 results, takes a few weeks to see who is actually going to be decent.

Don't know if all the fans would have turned up expecting to win , prob would have been pleased with a solid performance . Point is they looked like they had trained together over summer, in both attack & defence. Already made some strategic signings for next year that will improve them . Just look like a club with a plan ?

I don’t think that’s woke, but fair point apart from that. People will get always emotional in the heat of the moment though.

A mate of mine was complaining about that score, having put him in his team. I told him to consult me before selecting any Knights players in future.

That is the issue 80 minutes with a hooker that isnt a threat from that postition, we desperatly need a backup for Brailey thats quick and dangerous from dummy half.

Looking at our 17 we don't have many players that can run 100m and score and are lacking pace out wide...

I think Bailey has lost his way being up here In Newcastle.

Don't know whether It was extended time off with Injuries or just coaching.

He was a God send when he first got here, now he looks very flat If not robotic throughout his game.

I'm happy to give him the benefit of the doubt and hope that It was just first game back, but something tells me otherwise.

Nah, Karl Lawton last year.. -13 played 8 minutes.

From memory there were a few errors and then a dangerous tackle and he was sent off.
