NFL Thread

Steelers should (hope) beat the Jets .... But its a worry that first half the Steelers put against the Ravens & the Jets have played not too bad two weeks in a row .... But saying that they where really up for that match @ foxborough last Monday morning & most likely have a major let down in Pittsburgh ... The Packers are the form franchise in the past six weeks since they really have been playing sudden death football .... Green Bay should win the Super Bowl IMO as they match up very very well against the other three franchise & Aaron Rodgers looks like a man on a major mission to prove everyone in the media who didn't rate him at the start of the current season .....
 
Awesome (as good as it will get without the fins in it) Super Bowl Steelers - Packers should be a beauty .....
 
I too am going for the Pack but am mostly looking forward to a great game.

And what about Jay Cuttler haha. I wouldnt be too happy if I was a Bears fan.
 
As a Steelers fan, I'm picking Steelers. No surprises there. :lol:

As for Jay Cutler, all the players and coaches seem to have his back. You'd think if he pulled the pin and dogged it when he was able to return to the field we would've heard about it from someone within the organization, especially after losing an emotional game like that against a storied rival in the NFC championship game.

Cutler actually got an MRI today and it turns out he sprained his MCL which is a legit injury. Would've left him questionable for the Superbowl funny enough.
 
I'm going with the Packers ..... The form team over the past 5 weeks since Rodgers return after the week 15 losse at New England .... The Packers was one of the preseason favourites to win the the super bowl at the start of the year before injury hit the playing group & everyone jumped off the cheese heads bandwagon, then jumped back on after a divisional round win in Atlanta ..... Packers by 8 they have a QB that wants to throw 50+ passes a game to a wide reicever group what is up there with the best in the NFL this season .....

I can't wait I really like the superbowl. I wish we got to see the ads tho!
 
Lol it's pretty much the only sporting event in the world where you'd actually wanna see the ads! haha :lol:
 
^^ We watch the superbowl on replay after work and then YouTube all the ads after. Not quite the same!
 
whered u here that mate? its not on the ONE HD Schedule.

The Super Bowl will be televised live, but they dont normally do the ProBowl
