Boyd is a fullback, not Superman.

I reckon he's been really good our last three games ... in our top three performers in all three games. Great to see he's back to his best!!!

I agree.

I've been saying it all year, he has not played a bad game for us yet so to speak, maybe a few quiet ones but his turning in some great performances for us of late. Setting up tries again, breaking into the clear and he is catching just about everything. Not to mention his kick returns have improved and you can see he WANTS to win!
 
@RA i think if tahu was playing he would have been able to handle hodges, maybe not 100% of the time but alot more tghen sau
 
While they continue to try and tackle Hodges high they will be made look like skirts. Are they not capable of going low ? The end result can be no worse.
 
I think a lot of you are being very hard on the boys they won 40 minutes of that game and the blow out in the begining was probably due to the media the rugby league fans in general and the people on here telling them they are going to get smashed.
They showed what they can do and if they get to where they want to be and play like that for 80 min then we will more than we lose .
Houston still has a problem giving away penalties, Boyd is starting to look manacing ,Roberts had a good game ,Mullen was ok but his kicking game was'nt the best ,Mason by far our best forward what a buy ,Snowdon played well allthough he does seem to slow down just before the line , Mcmanus did'nt have his best game but we can forgive him for that,Buderus was good again .
Personally i think there is plenty to take from that game and i think the players will too, they now know that when they get a bit of confidence going they can play good footy cant wait to see if they take that into next weeks game .

If that's his best then he's a myth.
 
I don't think Boyd's really being playing that bad at all, everyone just had this expectation he was gonna come in and be picture perfect from day one. Every week he's showing positive signs though which is great to see, his line break then offload to score on the weekend was vintage Darius at his best.
