You could probably add Brodie Jones to that list after last night. Barney has all the skills as well, wouldn't look out of place in the 6 if we needed him. Hasn't Sione also played a bit of 5/8?

We have plenty of options in the halves, we can focus on other areas tbh.

Ummm. Not exciting for me until we know the potential is going to be reached. Hypothetically if those guys reach or breach their respective ceilings it’s definitely something to savor. But I’d always have Tuala at centre and Hoy as a FB. So he’s not in the team. Sasagi and Crossland as future 6&7 in several years time could be good.

Hoy seems to have big raps on him but to be honest i havent seen enough from him to say he should be picked out of position and he is a f/b imo so till 2024 at the earliest he wont get a game in his preffered position (except for injuries ).
Personally i dont think they would have signed Young if they didnt expect him to push for a centre or wing spot and Pom or not i would have a specialist centre winger than a makeshift Hoy there .

Ok, so it looks like the top squad will remain at 30, development spots will be set at 2 or 4, and the salary cap will be reduced by 10% through a salary sacrifice by all players. That opens a few more spots in our squad. Do we resign King now?
