I don't know how common it is for a company not to honor a TPA. Seems a contract between the company and the player would be between those parties.
the same at least. contract sizes will continue to grow with the cap, and KP is here until 2027 so by then we'll have higher paid players than him.
Yeah it really has nothing to do with the Knights or the NRL. It was signed off by the NRL at the time, so I don't know why they would be looking into it again. Chammas on 100% Footy just seemed to be saying words, it didn't make a whole lot of sense to me what he was talking about.

Have to say it, but reading that summation of the power balance at the Knights, it's no wonder we are a basket case!
And seriously poor form from Andre taking it to the NRL integrity unit, over a <cough> TPA that is nothing to do with KP signing with the Knights.
I wonder how long there was communications going on about the unpaid sum, before taking that action though.
But it throws the Knights under the bus.
Part of me honestly can't wait for KP's time at the Knights to be over.

Gardener is definitely the one not looking too good from that write up. I’m sure there’s been stories about his old mate wielding too much influence at the club before, as well? The sooner he retires the better imo.
