Jake Clifford

Make more sense to play Crossland 7 and Clifford 6 as that will be where he will play when Pearce is back and throughout next season barring injuries.
Assume Crossland might start bench until Pearce is fully back then 18-21 and reserves unless injury.
Mann will have to find another spot which most likely will be right centre
Clifford to 7 doesn’t fix our problem spot, No. 6

Can we not have Mann in the centres?

Ive seen enough of him getting the ball and killing the play with his inability to quickly read what on and make a call.

Coach will decide who gets to kick and Brailey will have the job of getting the ball to them.
The question is, how long will it take to get Clifford familiar with all the plays?
I wouldn't think it would take long in this day and age when all teams run pretty similar plays, but we'll see if he can just slip right in and run things.

He is watching the game tomorrow live, he will have our plays down by half time.

If we want to emulate something like Penrith has done.with a youthful team coming through together.

We should go.

1. Hodgson - when ready, next year maybe.
6. Ponga
7. Clifford
9. Brailey.

Young spine, try to keep them together and give them a few Years to come through as a spine, that could be potent.

And if that doesn’t work we will try something else and wait another few years.
