Make more sense to play Crossland 7 and Clifford 6 as that will be where he will play when Pearce is back and throughout next season barring injuries.
Assume Crossland might start bench until Pearce is fully back then 18-21 and reserves unless injury.
Mann will have to find another spot which most likely will be right centre
Clifford to 7 doesn’t fix our problem spot, No. 6

I wouldn't think it would take long in this day and age when all teams run pretty similar plays, but we'll see if he can just slip right in and run things.

Exactly he’s been sensational as our halfback the last few weeks! He just h to keep up the good work the keep him spot in the 17 although when Pearce back high chance he will be dropped!

Nothing wrong with that he is a very good back up and covers 6 & 7 for injuries
