(now dont hate me) :razz: but agggees ago i was a mad knights supporter back when joey and matty were together, then my allegiances changed to the raiders... and now there slowly coming back..

ive always had a massive soft spot for the knights and they have been my 2nd team ever since... but i have followed them not just claimed them..

raiders vs knights has been the one game i make sure i go to as i live near canberra and thats the only time i see the boys play in the flesh, though i watch 80% of games on tv

btw.. i love this years heritage jersey, very eye catching (97 replica)

well my names Jarrod and im a dead set Newcastle Knights fan!
im 17 and live in Kippa Ring on the Redcliffe peninsula just like 45mins outside Brizzy.
my fav players are:
- Jarrod Mullen
- Junior Sau
- Chris Houston
- Kurt Gidley
I also support the Jets (bad season last year but oh well)
I play rugby union and am the captain of my team, atm ive scored 4 tries in 5 games and have played some rep footy for north brisbane.
I cant wait til i next see the Knights in action, the last game in Brizzy last year was disastrous but you get that.
nyway now ever5yone knows all about me :P

I guess I should probably make an introduction too, since I've been lurking around these forums for at least a year (and it's an awesome way to procrastinate from this take home exam which is due at 5pm later today)

I'm Cameron, and I'm 20 in about a month. I can't quite remember when I started supporting the Knights, nor can I remember why... I think it would've mainly been because of Joey though. He was amazing. I did used to support the Bears though before the Knights, but didn't follow the Northern Eagles, and that's probably around when I decided the Knights were my team. I am studying Accounting/Law at Club Mac.

My favourite Knights player would be Mullen with Gidley a close second. I live in the Northern suburbs of Sydney and am yet to get out to EAS for a match, but hope to rectify this in the uni holidays coming up.

I'm a keen Warriors fan (don't shoot!) but to be honest the first team I supported was Newcastle, back when I was six and picked teams based on their uniforms. I grew fiercely loyal to them and have continued to follow them as my second team since the Warriors were born here in Auckland in 1995.

I came over to Newcastle for the Warriors game at EnergyAustralia last year, which was amazing, to see the Knights home ground, and tour about Newcastle with some friends who are season members at the Knights. As we speak, I've got them here in Auckland, as they came over this week for the game. We're aiming to make it an annual tradition. I would love to meet some of the Knights when I come over next time. James McManus is a favourite, as is Simmo, and Mullen is surely growing on me! Of course, big fan of Danny and Joey in their day as well.

I can't believe I've just found this place! I'm heavily involved in the OneTribe - the Warriors equivilent site - and love talking footy and madness. I get a lot of stick for my "second team" over there, hopefully you guys will understand!

Look forward to getting to know some of you!
