I think i have to agree with you there, Jimmy is solid. Vuna had his up's and downs. Having said that, who knows what might have happened if he stayed since he was on fire the back half of his last year here.... shame we won't find out.

Too true Vuna was on absolute fire in the back half of 2010, I can vividly remember the 4 tries against Brisbane, a strong game and a try or 2 against the eventual premiers(Dragons) and a great solo try against the Titans in a high scoring game where we were absolutly robbed.
 
His kick returns and the way he put his body on the line was a standout, and how he interacted with the crowd made him one of my most liked players. Great bloke off the field too very humble
 
I would love to have Vuna back and he would be my starting winger with Uate instantly those 2 would be devastating on the edges.
 
I would love to Vuna back but there is no way I would swap Jimmy for him.......... McManus may not be express fast but he has the most complete all round winger's game in the NRL IMNSHO.
 
I wouldn't have him back. We've gone past that now, I really enjoyed watching him play though. His performances earnt him that Rebels deal and its a lot more than we could ever offer a winger (excluding Aku)
 
As much of a Vuna fan i am i have to agree with Alicia. IMO it would stop someone like Kev who deserves a shot in NRL....
 
For it to stop Kev then Vuna would have to be better than him and if that was so then would'nt you want the better player in the team and imo jimmy is a good winger and 1 of the best defensive wingers but not a great attacking winger like Vuna Uate and i think Kevy showed him up in that department ....

Oh yeah we were robbed alright, and not just 'Mundine robbed' but actually robbed. Ohhh I was sooo mad that day!

Didn't Vuna have a spectacular try in the finals game too?

Yeah I was also fuming. At on stage Ben Cross got penalised because he played the ball too fast.
