I'm happy to have both or either in the team but won't happen for a while, hope Griff comes back strong and fit, they are both an asset to the team/club

That's it levi has played less minutes than slade this season and has 5 try assists and 5 line break assists compared to 2 try assits and 2 linebreak assists for slade . As for defence levi is sitting at 93% tackle efficiency and slade st 93.4% both good. Levi can defend slade can defend and hit harder.

Levi definitely has more ability in attack then Griffin, though its hard to use this year as a guide as Griffin had a lot of games where we had no controlling half ( Pearce )
And had to mostly tackle all day.

Some of Griffin's tackles on our line would be worthy of a equaling a try assist, id say he had close to 10 of those type tackles to save our bacon.

Levi has far too many brain snaps making his decisions over the captain's. Such as taking the quick tap instead of a goal when leading by 12, and getting defeated by 2. Far too many attempts to score by barging over.

And Danny leave the fighting to the guys with bigger muscles and less brains.

Slade first 25 mins, level last 55 minutes with Slade getting a stint in the back row, tried and true method.

I didn't realise this was a thread about Levi and Griffin!

Anyway from what I heard the deal is two years and there's a high chance Uncle nick goes after another top shelf half if he doesn't convince Cronk to stick around so if Lamb improves I guess never say never

Can we nickname brock cement in honour of the cement he must have had in his boots this year?

David Gillespie would be awfully offended with that association.

I think Fox Sports is full of it personally and rumours like the above are why we shouldn't let journalists on TV who clearly push their agendas. Because the Roosters are totally smart enough to have three five eighths on their roster then without a recognised proper halfback.

I'm disappointed we're losing him but that's the business of NRL.

Only time will tell if we should have tried harder to keep him, but I guess even if he turns out a good player at Easts the haters will say he wouldn't have amounted to anything here.

I think Brock will be happy he held out and ended up at Easts, learning off Cronk and being at a big club with so many rep players he's given himself the best chance to progress.

Knights' website posted an article quoting Brown regarding recruitment targets for next year. The article also states that Lamb is departing at the end of the year. It hasn't officially been announced, but seems certain with this (and with Barry Toohey stating also) that Lamb is going. Bit of a shame but best of luck to him.

Even if Lamb doesn't get a contract elsewhere THANK GOD his clearly not getting signed here, either way he showed he lacked the ability this year or had the wrong attitude to be a first grader at our club so am glad his gone, would rather role the dice on another 20 year old half his hungry from the lower grades.
