It up to you , but im not kidding

Broncos look the ones who will having thier old coach back

Um..im sorry but who are you?

No offence but I dont think for your first post you can just jump on here and make such an absurd comment on an issue like this..especially with no evidence.

You cant just come in and claim to know stuff. HOW do you know this

Ok im sorry iif i gave the impression i was claiming, i should have stated IMO

Only going on what learn from him after talking to him at the broncos.

what i learn is that Bennett does look at the next 5-10 years of the financial side , and how a club is going to get money by sponsors , etc

For Newcastle
Tinkler being in the mining business , risk of losing massive profits and with the carbon tax , will take a toll

Is that good for the knights in banking on tinkler for thier future

---------- Post added at 04:39 PM ---------- Previous post was at 04:37 PM ----------

Personally i would like to see him at the knights

How am I insulting you? It wasn't meant as an insult at all ...

Weren't you implying that I go over to this other forum where everyone rates themselves as Rhodes scholars so I can mingle with all the other self proclaimed geniuses over there - like im in a similar boat?

You realise he has a $200m racing empire too? Something that wont be affected by the carbon tax.

And also, mining companies wont be the biggest loser out of the carbon tax, itll be passed on to everyday people. They'll still make profits. And the cost of running a Rugby League team is loose change to these mining companies.

Can I ask you where ur getting ur info from that Tinkler will be a financially unstable owner if he takes over? you have little idea.

And mining is also a very profitable business right now due to the resource boom.

No sorry, I didn't mean to imply that. I hope you stick around here, you're great! I just take criticism of the forum personally sometimes, which I'm sure you can understand. :)

Tinkler has made $650 million in about 6 years , I know this might sound bad but Japan is going to need a lot of coal to rebuild their economy as one of their biggest industries is the auto industry . At the moment Mr Tinkler would be a very happy man ready to sell a lot of stock .

I understand. Just a miscommunication. All good Robin Hood.

This thread is very strange. Titties & James having a private argument in the middle of all the Bennett talk

Hot off the rumour mill: Bennett is Knights bound

Rick Stone braced for Wayne Bennett

http://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/n...or-wayne-bennett/story-e6frfgbo-1226027689251

Just goes to show the character of Rick Stone, willing to step back and let Wayne coach for a few years.

He could learn a hell of a lot, it would be great for him. (Learning little things, picking up on things)

I'm keen to have Stone long term... but at the moment Bennett is Bennett.

Interesting. Hoping Wayne comes to Knights and Stoney also stays. This is getting exciting.

He did mention in the article if Wayne Bennett came and he was asked to be an assistant coach he would have to consider but I do hope he stays around, he'll learn a hell of a lot from Bennett.
