Bennett to the Knights?

Not necessarily a shot at the forum, more so a shot at the people who post crap all over the forum, and unfortunately there's a whole lot of that.
Either way, point taken, and I do understand where you're coming from, being a mod and all.
I'm just being honest and calling a spade a spade. If someone posts something utterly ridiculous or something I disagree with, I'm not going to beat around the bush. Definately nothing personal.
I'll try and ease up though. I just don't like the fact that whenever I read this forum I lose several IQ points.

If Wayne comes over that's a perfect outcome imo. I like Stone he has shown some good glimpses in his short career. But yeah who better for him to learn off than Bennett? It's perfect, Wayne coaches for 3 years then retires (probably) for Stone to take over after 3 years under Bennett. Great outcome there.

Fair enough, all ridiculous calls and some beyond belief, but best try and understand the ages of some of the people on here when reading the 'ridiculous' stuff.
Most people have no idea what's going on, where as some think they know and others just like to make stuff up.
No place is perfect, but it's getting really annoying reading the forum being put down in general.

I admit, I wasn't much of a Stone fan last season but he really seems to have the boys training hard and playing hard on the field and putting their opposition away. That would work out nicely if Wayne was to come for three years while Stoney is assistant then for Rick to take over long term once Wayne leaves.

Didn't work out so good for Ivan Henjak...and he spent a lot more than three years being "mentored" by Bennett.
Or Kevvy Walters, Gary Belcher, Glenn Lazarus...all guys who did their time as Bennett assistants

Yeah but they were ex-Players starting out, not career coaches with some runs on the board... Stone already has the makings of a good coach, but there would be a litany of little things that he could still learn from Bennett. Especially on the mental side of getting players up.
It could be a bit like his role with Stephen Kearney. But I wouldn't want Bennett's safe grinding style to erode our attacking flair. We have a rep for turning it on and I'd love to keep it that way...

I am aware there is another forum with members who rate themselves as Rhodes scholars, but that must just be something in the water over there, for such a concentration of geniuses to occur.

thats why the Broncos is his only real choice, tinkler is in a big risk category to someone like Bennett
