If it was a club/nrl test its no problem given the 3 strike policy (believe its still in place) but the fact it was a roadside test may force the nrl to step in.

Thought he had him round the chest, so didn’t think it actually was a head slammed. More head slammed into ground from force of tackle. Either way, someone rule him out for next week .

Yeah, I think the Lord Commander of the Night's Watch is right; his head did slam into the ground (which should trigger concussion protocols), but I didn't think there was an illegal motion; it was just a really tough tackle.
