Yeah, I read Pezet wanted to be at an elite club, with elite coaching. That, combined with “the lower than a fishes arse” belief that
“agent” Anastasia has of the Knights would indicate Pezet has a snowflakes chance in hell of coming to Newcastle.
The mocking way that Anastasia dismissed Newcastle will be remembered down the track.

Yeah sadly they are stating the obvious. Remember the **** call Gal made. I can’t remember exactly but something along the lines we had a reserve grade side, how bad we are. Unfortunately he was right as that’s when we got 3 wooden spoons. It’s really sad we have not been able to replicate the early days when we come into the comp. So poor decisions, unprofessional run club for the most part.

Feeling like all the dead wood has been cut. The spine is massively upgraded. The backs are same same. Back row, as good maybe better. Front row depends on how it pans out, but good young prospects.
