Been hit or miss for a while now. Still the one to go to for Knights news because no one outside of Newcastle cares what's going on up here unless it's Ponga-related, but he's only giving out scoops that the club wants you to hear.

I don't know why people think Toohey is being frozen out or something.
It's pretty simple, what is happening.
He used to be paid money to spend 30 or 40 hours a week finding stuff to report.
He is now retired and probably makes 2 or 3 phone calls and spends an hour writing an article for a bit of pocket money once a week.
He's gone from basically living at Knights HQ to making a few calls. His info has suffered accordingly.
