2019 Harold Matts and SG Ball

3 guys training with the NSW under 18s squad

Bradman Best - centre
Mitch Black - hooker
Christian Ma'anaima - prop

Harry Croker, Jaron Purcell and Simi Sasagi must be not considered because they have been out injured - Purcell in particular since he made the team a year young last year and went really well.

I wouldn't risk Pezet in this one unless he is 100% ready.
We can lose this and still get another shot.
If Pezet is fully fit, we'll be hard to beat, but under 16s finals are funny games to predict. A lot of kids in the opposition side will have the game of their lives, and if we are complacent at all, we'll lose. Stand out favourites often get knocked off by more desperate sides in under 16s.

won 22-16
Now we get a week off and hopefully have Pezet back in 2 weeks time. His game management skills will take us to a new level, not that Blackman has done a bad job in his absence.

HAROLD MATTHEWS

Fresh and ready to go, the U16s have had the week off after progressing straight through to the pre-lims.

Jonah Pezet is named back in the no. 7 after being ruled out in their semi-final. He'll pair with Taj Blackman in the halves which sees Mitch Henderson drop to the bench.

Charlie Thompson, who injured himself in the trials, comes in for Sean Walker who suffered a dislocated shoulder.
