Well that was an awesome brawl! Hope there's another one in this game.

Can't believe Blair got sent off for getting punched in the head though! What else can you do in that situation?!

He started the second one by Running to catch up to Stewart. But it was awesome to watch!!!

Added after 5 minutes:

I can see Brett Stuart getting done as well

Brett Stewart and Lussick I'm pretty sure it was should get a week on the sidelines aswell.
 
I know he was being niggly and knew what he was doing, but running up next to someone is not a send-off offense. No way he started it, he was standing there until Stewart started throwing them! :lol:

Words of the ref were he was sent off for "retaliating". You could hear the ref say that on the audio. Not for starting it, which he didn't do.

Actually im pretty sure i seen Blair Shove Stewart wich is what caused Stewart to throw the Punch? Either way I agree with the call.
 
Nope didn't see that and neither did the refs. Anyway a push doesn't start punching, punching does!

Second half of this game has been terrible, but the Roosters Eels second half was great! Poor Parra though ... golden point needs to go!!!
 
My cousin got to sit in the box during the Parra game and help Joey pick MOTM, passionate Roosters fan.

Had a bunch of mates around last night, place erupted after the second fight. Haha hope heaps of them get suspended just to help us out as we are more then likeky gonna be playing melbourne round one. End of the day shows the hatred rivalry between the storm & manly. Anyone doesn't like abit of a biff at the footy or doesnt understand its part of the game should go & support another sport.
 
Only players i can see getting Suspended is Glenn Stuart, Adam Blair, Lussick, and Brett stuart and MAybe Manly's points be taken off for Having more then 13 on the field (which they are saying is a possibility)
 
I can understand why people don't like fighting at games. If that was a Knights game I would have been frustrated as hell, having to wait for all the stupid fighting to finish for the game to get underway.

It doesn't realy have a place, but when it's two stupid teams like Melbourne and Manly, it's fun to watch them belt each other. :P
 
Manly are a pack of dogs. Lussick is very grubby & B Stewart embarrassed himself flying in like a bloody fairy. The original sideline biff got the blood pumping until the cats arrived.

Heard that Wolfman might have cracked a vertebrae, not good if so. Good that the Storm players showed some concern & some common sense (Slater etc)

Brett Stewart's act was extremely dangerous on Blair. All things being equal, he should get the most serious suspension. Rest of the season?

Brett six games, Glenn four games, Blair two games ... I think that would be fair. Not sure what the other players did without watching replays very carefully. Maybe one week each for the other Manly players who ran in on Blair, one week for Waqa who apparently joined in to break up the fight off the bench.

Imagine if this happened in a junior game, both sides would be banned for the rest of the season.
 
I was watching that game at packed pub and when the fights started especially the second one the place went crazy, i have never seen anything like that, it was awesome. I was surprised that more people didn't get sent off especially that scum Brett Stewart.
