Unwanted Knights halfback Luke Walsh looks like signing with the Dragons for 2009. Still on a $150,000 season deal for the next two years at Newcastle, Walsh will have a portion of his Dragons contract paid by the Knights.

So has Walshy officialy signed with the dragons? He could just be stuck in NSW cup over there as well because they have got Soward/Hornby and it has been going well. Hope he doesnt, he is our best halfback.
 
Ryan Shortland & Michael Crockett will be released at the end of the year by the Warriors.

i can't believe Abraham is released already. they only signed him a few months ago

Shane Perry (Broncos) signs with English Super League club Les Catalans Dragons. The length of the contract is currently unknown.
 
The 3 Cowboys havent been linked to anyone at the moment. Kaufusi was linked to the Cowboys pending an early release for Ray Cashmere to head oversea's.

Abraham wasn't 'released' technically, it was his decision. He just give up on League to continue to grow his company in QLD.

Raiders is interesting considering they have Todd Carney and Terry Campese. However it could be a possibillity. Walsh to the tigers I cant see it when Marshall, Head and John Morris are still there.
