My theory is that O'Brien is just looking at all the guys he doesn't know much about yet in the early pre season, as well as guys he has asked to make changes like Jake, Brodie, Star, Jirah, King.
No sign of most of our firstgrade squad and the local juniors he would know a lot about yet.
I really hope to see Purcell, Searle, Lucas, Black, the Croker brothers and others who were in the pre season last year show up when the rest of firstgrade come back.

Realistically, a lot of those guys had the world's longest preseason while the comp was going on with no chance of a competitive game. A bit of a longer taper now will probably stand them in good stead. Hit the ground running in Janurary and they should be at their fittest ever when a ball is first kicked in anger.

It was the same for every club for sure. If a club has a handful of rookies jump out of the ground next year, it would.be interesting to.find out hown they used this year. Hopefully it is us, no reason it shouldn't be.

Article about Jack Johns returning to the Knights.
Says he is 10kg bigger.
Says O'Brien told him he would get no special treatment.
Says he hardly recognises the place after 2 years - different staff - different attitude.
Interestingly, says he learnt a lot from John Sutton about second row play. If Johns reaches his potential he could develop into a Sutton style second row. Both have playmaking skills and game awareness from their time in the halves. Johns will just have to get stronger and tougher and fitter and he's there.

Mate thats because your a sleazy little pussy all you had to do after calling me a liar and then finding out your wrong was stand up like a man and say ok i was wrong sorry about that . But no you had to carry on like a spoilt little ***** instead and yeah id love to (throw hands at you )...

Could you imagine visiting another clubs forum regularly, and posting with majority of the posts an argument amongst members?

Wouldn’t you just leave? It’s Embarrassing, and if you do it for cheap kicks then it’s even more embarrassing because he actually makes the effort to check here almost daily. Probably posts more here than the cowboys forum.

Id cop it for when we play them. But all year really says a lot. The worst part is he thinks he is right and is trying to convince Knights fans otherwise. It would be like a ref blowing a penalty and trying to get him to change his mind. Or going into your house and telling you the couch should be further left in the living room haha.

I can post a meaningful post that isn’t liked by some on here simply because it’s from me and not a knights supporter then the thread will get derailed, mostly due to someone else first.

Well obviously I think I’m right when I state my opinion and wouldn’t say it if I didn’t think it.
