Can honestly see it going either way. We’ve proven with the C’chicks, Dogs and an injury decimated Manly that we find it hard to turn up with the correct attitude against the cellar dwellers. This is the only way this bunch of ragtags and deadbeats win. If we simply don’t turn up again and hand it to them like last time.

I think the trip up really affected us last time and I expect us to be better. That being said I still think ot will be a close game.
 
I think the Knights are building nicely and I'd be surprised if we don't turn up for this one.

Green/Pearce halves paring has had 2 games, 1 with only the captains run before it. The team is going to get better again this week I believe,

We aren't playing a team desperate to hang on to their season either.

I'm expecting a solid performance from the Knights and a comfortable win.

Gus made a good point on 100% Footy yesterday, given the weirdness of this season, travelling & bubbles, so much else going on in the world, the competition split so far between the good & bad sides, it's gonna be so hard for those sides that are out of finals contention to care anymore in the run home, they just want the season over & there could be big blowouts to come. The Broncos look like they've given up already which reveals the toxicity of that club's roster at the moment.
 
Article in the herald today says Daniel has no damage on scans but has some swelling and soreness and could be out 1 or 2 weeks.
Article also says O'Brien hasn't made up his mind on who gets the 17th spot between Saulo, Jones and Momoisea and will make up his mind later in the week.
 
Yep no point damaging one of our best. He will hit the ground running. Just needs to be right for the finals.

Its surprising how good OBI seems to be at managing his injured players. He doesn't seem to rush anyone, which is great for their longevity. Poor bugger has had a hell of an injury count in his first season.

Injuries are bad but could have been worse if reserves was being played some of those covering injuries could have been hurt earlier and not available for 1sts. Can’t remember so many injuries in critical positions, especially hooker.
 
O'Brien has been amazing at bringing in guys like Hoy, To'a, Randall, Crossland, Jones and even young guys like Saulo, Shibasaki and Tuala who are little more than rookies as well. None of these guys have a chance to work on things he might want them to improve in reserve grade, so he is getting these guys ready to perform in firstgrade at training and giving them a role they are capable of fulfilling.
Crossland is the most incredible. A 19 year old who has never played more than a few minutes at hooker as a fill in when someone was injured is learning on the job to play firstgrade hooker.

Not to mention a few of the bottom sides without head coaches now, hard to see any of the bottom sides caring. Probably counting the days left for the pub lol
But Knights need to still need prepare as normal week in week out until finals. No team are push overs need to be up for it and not expect it to happen, need to keep mentally prepared ( as i believe this has been are real weakness this year)
