Nutty has lost the plot.Surely that YouTube video and Thompson’s tackle on Dsaf is not being compared as the Same degree of seriousness
Bringing in that YouTube clip which is nothing like the tackle on Saifiti

Not suprised from you he has literally twisted him in the opposite direction, its crap.Standard tackle, some people need to toughen up. It’s a contact sport after all.
A hip drop for mine. (Not sure what the rule states)
When a defending player is attempting to tackle the attacking player, but the attacking player is standing upright and using his strength to resist the tackle.
Defending player places a leg behind the attacking players legs and trips him by sweeping the legs and using momentum, causing the attacking player to the ground.
I’m fairly sure I sure Frizz do this in the last trial.
I think tackling a player in the air is more dangerous but doesn’t carry a fine or suspension. Was Thompson meant to let him go? I think it’s as black and white as it gets
You are blind mate, its not letting him go, you slide down the legs with your arms mate, he drops his weight on purpose they are coached by wrestlers to do this
LOL, no comparisons there PackoSurely that YouTube video and Thompson’s tackle on Dsaf is not being compared as the Same degree of seriousness
DSaf did get back up and Thompson wasn't penalised at the time for the incident from recollection. Pretty sure the ref told Thompson in a break in play a few minutes after the incident that the 3rd ref had ID'ed is a reportable tackle... and I think that only happened because DSaf went after him a bit at marker, after he had played ball because it had clearly injured him but play had already continued.Does anyone think Thompson’s penalised if saf gets up plays the ball game continues etc?
