I agree with everything that you have said here Packo.
It looks to me like M. Johns is trying to be one of those commentators (Hadley) who like to create problems where none exist. I'm not real pleased with the way he talks over the top of anyone who is speaking. (Once again - Hadleyish)

That's what it seems like, eh? The Matty Johns Mailbag just seems like an excuse for him to bag the viewers.

Sorta puts me off watching, I must say.

Yeah well after watching his first show I thought he changes a little, but I'm off him at the moment. I would bet Fox make him appologise next week

100% spot on. First thing I thought within ten minutes of the first show, the other won't ut up with that.

Yeah, it's pretty bad behaviour from him, almost racist or some kind of agenda against them. Every week now he's bagged them in someway. The part when he bagged a warriors fan a week or 2 ago stands out.

I don't think Fox will be happy with him after tonights episode.

Wasnt enjoying Ray Hadley calling our game, would rather of heard Vossy tbh.

Demoted to calling QRL. I'd say he's on the way out, if another network gets league in some form, he's going over there and Nine knows it. This is a kind of punitive punishment.

I actually like hadley, he over explains it yes but he is miles better then vossy, I remember i was almost in tears when i got the nrl game on ps2 and he was the commentator :sad:
 
He probably over explains things because hes used to calling games on the radio, where people cant actually see whats going on.
 
What's with the Warriors commentator? :lol: They seem to have a new funny sounding commentator every year!
 
The new guy, Dale Husband, has been calling league for years ... he's who should have been doing the job since day one. While he's not perfect, he's a huge improvement on the previous lot they've had. He has a decent voice that doesn't grate ... knows the game ... and I liked his call that the Bulldogs were hanging on by the hair on their chinny chin chin. :lol:
