I guess we are stuck with him for another two seasons, hope his enthusiasm for playing improves
 
Hopefully Hetherington will have a full pre-season at the end of the year and play better next year as a result.
 
Geez that’s a pretty poor indictment on him that we’d be happy for him to walk six months into a three year deal.

Out of available bodies Hetho is on a good gig. minimum outlay maximum return. He plays like 15 min a week ?

Didnt he get recruited from that all time winning culture and the Doggies ?

from what I've read Parr gave Best and Dsaf assurances their contract would be honored and they are wanted.?

If he lied to them he will have lost all integrity and trust among the roster.

If he told the truth who in the roster would we be looking to offload ? Jsaf? possible offload a contract from the English boyz that havent even arrived? Mann is off contract anyway is he not ? ( he was on stunning coin for a bog average fringe first grader )

I really like the other two guys! Johns in particular has really lifted this year, it’s in him to be an outstanding week to week player. You’d be very jaded though having put in a great week to be relegated for the next 3-4. If a top team picks him up he will be our nightmare.
 
As far as player movement, I couldn’t help but think that Elliot would likely ask for a release seeing as his Mrs took off to Sydney and now hearing the Knights might be happy to move him on isn’t a far stretch if he’s already had a chat. There’s guys here already that can play his position, we need coin to go searching for a handy hooker.
 
I haven't seen any article saying Elliot is on the outer.
Millie Boyle is also still living here. Just last week she organised a busload of local girl players to go to the SOO game.
Elliot has had a very slow start to his Knights career due to an injury he suffered at Canberra, but I think, and hope, he suffered that injury after we signed him, or the recruitment people let us down.
I also think Elliot is the best option we have at lock when he gets himself fit, but I hope Tom Cant replaces him when his contract is up, if not before.
