I think that most of us have established Taia, Costigan and Houston in the back row. Hilder to come in at lock, I'm guessing that Edwards would be somewhere in the front row rotation.

As the season progresses Costigan is looking more like a second rower, no need for him up front with the front rowers we have at the moment.

My opinion on the Tahu Wes thing is Tahu. I think thats who you will see in the 4 guensey next year you don't have a rep centre playing reserve grade.

Depends on how fit Buderus is, and if Stig can show us anything new this year. Was a thing not long ago saying Buderus would rather play as many minutes as he can, don't think he'll be happy sitting on the bench until 30-40 mins in. If Stig can't show anything other then his readable step, and get his passing/kicking game improved, I'd easily put Gidley to 7 with Mullen back at 6

I will just add that the half who should have been taking control of the game in the final 20 minutes last night was not Stig.

This is getting boring.
What can either of our halves do when we don't have the ball because Faas and Gidley have the hands of 10 year olds. Is Mullo supposed to take the hit-ups for them?
The only thing Mullen could have done to "take control" in the last 20 minutes is to tell Faas to get the f*ck off the park.

This is the Centurions team that i want to see. Seriously how good does it look? If that couldn't win the comp, the side that does would have to be chock a block full of first-graders.

Centurions:

1. Peter Mata'utia
2. Siuatonga Likiliki
3. Marvin Filipo
4. Simon Williams
5. Kevin Naiqama
6. Scott Briggs
7. Tyrone Roberts
8. Zane Tetevano
9. Chris Adams
10. Sinbad Kali
11. Robbie Rochow
12. Adam Cuthbertson
13. Joel Edwards (c)

14. Chris Marlborough
15. Daine Laurie
16. Ethan Cook
17. Kyle O'Donnell

Here is some depth for the Centurions team, a bunch of guys that have potential or are too good to let go.

18. Sam Anderson
19. Brad Murray
20. Shaun Boss
21. Matthew Herman
22. Rodney Mason
23. Carl Means
24. David Uhi

And then here is my NYC team, refreshed with alot of new youth coming up from the SG Ball.

Knights NYC:

1. Kurt Mann
2. Pat Mata'utia
3. James Elias
4. Will Smith
5. Chanel Mata'utia
6. Tyler Sullivan (c)
7. Maipele Morseau
8. Rob Mason
9. Chad Redman
10. Korbin Sims
11. Jeremy Ma'a
12. Alex McKinnon
13. Ben Roose

14. Chris Knight
15. Michael Steele
16. Jason Savin
17. Tom Rouse

Some NYC depth, couldn't fit Clydesdale in, but he definately deserves to be in there somewhere.

18. Api Pewhairangi
19. Adam Clydesdale
20. Geordie Connelly

21. Tye Alchin
22. Kori Barber

Deciding between Wes and Tahu is probably more difficult then working out where to play Gids. I'd probably go with Wes for the moment, but I really have no idea tbh.

Yeah you're right Aidos, it could go either way, Tahu or Wes. I just can't see both of them being in the FG team, with Cuthbo a likely signing, neither could fit on the bench i don't think.

Tuimavave >>>>>> Kaufusi and Cuthbertson...

Been our most consistent prop this season.

On recent form i'd take Kaufusi, but all season Tui has been very consistent, Cuthbo might get picked just on his pure ability & talent. Will be interesting to see what happens whichever 2 guys Bennett decides to play anyway.

Added after 2 minutes:

Those teams you named Josh are too good to be true.

I know right! The Centurions team does look strangely a bit too strong, but the reality is the vast majority of those guys will actually be with us next season & alot of them will have to play somewhere, so that can only benefit the Centurions.

Starting to wonder how Edwards will fit into the picture next year.

Hard working defensive lock is obviously his best position, but if Zeb is fit Houston and Hilder will play a similar role. Lacks size to make impact at prop unfortunately.

Bit of log jam.

Oh btw i can't see Rogers being kept/used, that's why he's not in my teams.

The only thing I would change would be, Matt Ireland for Kurt Mann and put Gidley into Hooker and Buderus on the bench, but that's just my opinion.

Overall, great teams Josh! Centurions look strong there.

I cant see Wes not be atleast on the Bench for the first grade squad but other than that everything is looking pretty good....In saying that tho thers no point in getting to stuck into a set 1-17 as we all know ther will be injuries in the pre-season, opening rounds and Test and Origin matches so it is good to see we have plenty of depth in the 1,6,7 and 9 positions
1.Boyd/Gidley/Wes/Mata'utia
6/7.Mullen/Gidley/Stig/Roberts
9.Gidley/Hilder/"Buderus"/Roberts
