Round 8: Knights v Broncos @ EAS

haha, if Wayne Pearce judges this game Gidley's going to get at least 2 Dally M points. He was giving him wraps for injecting himself so well and being such a great leader.

Can we get a 35 minute halftime every week? I loved seeing us having so much intensity in the 79th minute.

Great Win, Lockyer was a myth in his 300th game, given his patchy form this year doesnt really deserve a test spot, but will get one anyway.

Just like to say, This win is the best, beating the Dragons (local team) and Broncos (most hated side) has made my season , every from now on is just a bonus :) Alright if only we can turn the lights off everygame at halftime, definately no second half fadeout tonight

I still think it could have been 28-6 haha..would have made the scoreline a little more embarassing but it was a great win. Honestly, i think if it wasnt for the long break im sure we could have put more points on them.

McManus had a quiet game, but Folau was shut down well. De Gois has had his best game in Newy Colours. Stats dont look right though 26 tackles, 89 metres (probably not finalised). Dureau was average today, did some great things (40/20) but did some stupid things especially when he had Ndaira (or was it Karawana?) to his left and could have passed and we would have gotten over the line again. Though Mullen was great at 5/8, looks more comfortable there. Simpson had a pretty good game considering he was coming back from injury. How fired up was Mad Dog though? He went missing at some points but marked Hodges really well.
