Well a semi final feel with this game and we come up short. In the end it was more of a choke.

It all changed when Stig got caught on the last, and then when Gidley dropped the high ball.

We should have put the Warriors to bed.

Have a nice flight home boys - that was one that got away.

All the fowards, well done!

Stig was very ordinary, Uate made some stupid errors, Gidley put in one of his trademark fullback in origin performances too! We choked, made stupid decisions and errors, the refs were biased, but we should of won that regardless!

Seriously, do we have a curse on us or something? 4-in-a-row, is that so hard?! We were leading!

If we don't win next week against the Broncos, I hate to say it but we are gone once again. God, this is disappointing.

Well take a look at our completion rate. 63%...that speaks for itself.

Our first try could have been denied as well.

There was absolutely ntohing wrong with our first try. and some of that completion rate is now to the several erros we got that werent errors.

Any one else dislike/find them irritating..the foxsports crew (Talis,Ennis etc.) ? Also it seemed like they had music playing non stop at Mt Smart, even when there wasn't a try or anything haha, did anyone notice that?

Gidley - Solid performance, let us down by dropping that high ball, but you can never question his effort or committment
Uate - Some brilliant moments (ie scoring the try and that run down field), but really cost us with a few errors and that missed tackle on Manu
Dougs- Pretty good I thought, nothing brilliant like the last couple of weeks but nothing particularly bad either
Sau - Excellent performance I thought, some really strong runs in the first half
McManus - Meh - nothing that good and nothing that bad, did make a couple of nice runs out from our end
Stig - not much variety again, pretty much tries to step the defensive line with no plan B, threw one of the worst passes I've seen in a while
Mullen - good in the first half, especially setting up Uate's try, pretty quiet in the 2nd in attack along with most of the team
Tui- Really strong first spell but an underwhelming return to the field, didn't rack up a great deal of metres with the ball
De Gois - defended well, but missed a lot of tackles again - was responsible for the Warriors last try, worked well with the halves in the first 40 though
Kaufusi - pretty much the same as Tui, some strong runs, but not nearly enough of them
Houston- outstanding as always, really strong with the ball and defends better 1 on 1 than any other player I've seen, great performance
Costigan- very poor, did nothing in defence and did nothing in attack, definately seems like a rock or diamonds kind of player
Edwards - did his share of defence without being spectacular, nothing particularly stood out to me from his game

Faas- Our only forward to make 100+, but undid all of his good work with pathetic handling towards the end, really killed off any chance we had of winning
Ciraldo - defended well, did nothing of note in attack
Tetavano - worked hard I thought, he's definately proving himself to be a player of the future
Lulia - why did he get picked again?

Commentators - typical bias, enough sh*t out of their mouths to fill Mt Smart stadium
Refs - some horrific calls, both ways. putting Edwards on report so they could award a penalty nearly made me throw the remote through the tv screen

I wasn't expecting us to win but when victory gets put under your nose and then taken away moments later it's hard to take... lets start praying Souths and Bulldogs go on a little losing streak

You can't blame Uate for the miss tackle on Manu, MacDougall clean missed him, and then Gidley slowed him, and Uate jumped on after.

Ciraldo held up to get the ball to MacDougall for his try.

Yet again, without Hilder on the field, our defense in the middle looks so bad.

10/10 Jimmy came in again off the wing.

The time he came in off the wing, when they scored he had to, was a major overlap, the one at the end was just lucky they messed up.

Also have to remember, we had a chance to even it up with 5 minutes to go 35 metres out, an easy kick for Gidley
