Official: Korbin Sims signs with the Broncos

That was just a general assumption made by the media as we had just lost Hannant to retirement. Cowboys have shown zero interest in him as far as I am and insiders on the Cowboys forum are aware.

Certainly wouldn't want him at the Cowboys. Have always said he was the least talented and over hyped one of them all. We had the best that is Tariq before broken legs ruined him.

Growing up, Korbin was rated the best of the brothers.

It took Ashton a number of years to do anything decent at First Grade level. Tariq and Korbin have been underwhelming for the most part. The sister is the only one worth feeding.

She'd probably get more reaction out of Mason than Korbin did.

After Sims approaching Brown for a release apparently Sims is baulking at Broncow offer. Surely his the 18th man for 2017 if he stays?

If his market value (the Broncos offer) is a lot less than he thinks he's worth, his only option is to play well enough in 2017 to earn a decent contract, so he should have a dig if we play him.

He played a couple of brilliant games for them mixed in with some games where he didn't do much. Stringing together a couple of good performances now and then has never been Tariq's problem

Cool let him get big numbers in nsw cup to show hell have a dig first and not have a sook which he probably will.

I remember reading Bennett doesnt like to pay much over 300K for a forward. He believes that's all their worth.

Apparently Bennetts Mr Morals and family man as well. But hey hey chose to root some broad in newie with disabled sons and ignore his million dollar pay cheque.

That's just a bull**** Buzz rumour because he was butt hurt Snowden was leaving the Sharks behind for Tinkler's greyhounds. There was never any merrit or truth to it. Petero Civoneciva may have left the Broncos because he wanted more money but that's because the Broncos were unable to play creative accountant that time around until he came back the 2nd time.

Play him in lower grades for the first 5 rounds and try to generate a little hunger. Make him realise he is facing his contract year playing out the lower grades which is going to damage his marketability come 2018.

Unleash him on first grade by round 6 or so and see what happens. If nothing, back to lowers to finish the year off as an injury fill in.

Well Elvis that $300k may well be what was on the books, and then add that much again in a brown paper bag from the Thoroughbreds Club.

Oh so you knew them when they played for the Lions?

If not your opinion means nothing... Korbin was always rated the highest out of the two younger brothers coming through the junior ranks...
So did you know them when they were at the lions Jono....

I really hope we don't budge on not paying him at all. Poor form if we do, not that anyone will ever know the truth either way.
