Billy Slater spoke on the injury last week and reckons for a good month it will jar n be painful from time to time but being strapped it should be structually sound.

Me too. I know it’s early days, but it’s nice to have a coach that lets them play some football to try and claw their way back into a game, rather than one out runs and trying to defend poor meterage.

My understanding with the PCL is it kills but he can’t do any more structural damage to it. Reece Walsh played through one last year and grimaced plenty.

Last year he was getting all his ball flat at the line, we look to be playing deeper in shape which may have something to do with it.
