Is it just me or does Lucas look way off this year? I know he was out injured last year but he doesnt look like the player we all know he is.

I think he has been a quiet achiever this year, just getting through his work without doing anything wrong

Just watching the coverage on nine. They showed the boys in the sheds. One shot I saw Smith talking, the next JSaf. And earlier on the field Frizz laying down the law. Good to see we have a few leaders and the boys being vocal.

Me too. I know it’s early days, but it’s nice to have a coach that lets them play some football to try and claw their way back into a game, rather than one out runs and trying to defend poor meterage.

The balance is good too, they’re judicious with it. They tried to force it a bit vs the Wahs but otherwise have been very patient. There will be periods of the game where they just accept there’s nothing on, have a ****ty 25m gain, and hoof it.
