Game on broheim
We’re all pretty melodramatic on here. To be fair that loss against the Dogs was a ginormous boner killer.Yeah I hate winning 4/5 our last 5 missing Ponga, and Frizz and Gags for stretches, it sucks!

The only way Hastings gets dropped this week is if senior players are also disappointed in him and don’t believe he’s the guy to lead them around. We have two more games then another bye. Let the team work it out, coaching staff sort it and if still ****ty let the best lad stay there with Pryce/Crossland until Gamble is back.Dude if I was in charge nether Hastings or cogger would be at the club....both worse than each other but Hastings seems to have an attitude problem and is more interested in fighting with people rather than creating something.
Cogger is a 7 and a dominant half...can't have both in the same team.
While i do agree, we are missing 2 "first string spine players" aswell, with one being well and truly better than any of the players these teams were missing (Hint: It's Ponga). Btw warriors team was full strength. Dolphins are in the top 4 even with the injuries they've had, which goes to show how good that team is playing (good win imo). Titans have been one of the form teams over the last month. Warriors have twice the team we have and were slightly underperforming at the time, but were tipped as premiership contenders (good win). Last's weeks effort was unacceptable though, no question. We scraped past 4 teams that are in all likelihood finishing the season in the bottom 8, each of those teams missing first-string spine players so none remotely near full-strength.
For me I had such low expectations for Cogger, so I’m not bothered by how he’s played. He actually created a few chances last week which others butchered. The only way Hastings gets dropped this week is if senior players are also disappointed in him and don’t believe he’s the guy to lead them around. He isn’t an idiot, he sees what’s being reported about Pezet. His partner replied to Baz comment on Twitter about “club is looking for a dominant half”.
I agree his form has dropped. But he is still the point of our attack bar Gambke and KP and they’re both out. Cogger has had his chances and still has shown zero direction when he WAS the dominant 7 when Hastings was dropped. He still did absolutely nothing for us. Why didn’t he show some attacking ability against titans and Dogs? Why is Hastings the one who cops it all?
Crossy to 6 for me definitely. Cogger is anonymous which won’t improve if he’s given the 7 jersey. Cogger should go back to RG and show us he can run a team consistently at that level first.Agree our 4 win streak I thought was pretty solid with who was out and opposition. Dolphins can out score majority of teams, Warriors were full strength and that titans win came off some individual team performances.
Since Gamble has been injured we seem to have dropped form over whole team. That’s why I can get the Crossy call at 6 but I very much doubt it’s being mentioned in coaching team.
Cogs needs to figure out how to put a player into space or over that white line.
hes a believer of not dropping players on one bad day, something that i think is commendable & gives the players some confidence. I dont think he'll stick on two bad days though. This is going to be a blood bath. I really hope aob knows what he is doing. If they get flogged again and he made no changes to the side. I can't see that going very well for him. The blokes on 360 will have a field day.
I mean, yes that is definitely commendable but surely we could make a case for Cogger who hasn't even had one good day...hes a believer of not dropping players on one bad day, something that i think is commendable & gives the players some confidence. I dont think he'll stick on two bad days though.
It’s possible he’s in a shell because the main “playmaker” stinks and has a short fuse. Last man in first man out as they say. Not saying I agree but stranger things have happenedHoly **** ballz I’m glad you’re not in charge.so drop the one half who can at least do good in good form and put the one half who has contributed zero as the main playmaker.
Holy. Hell.
Hopefully it’s a big turn around again soon. We’re all pretty melodramatic on here. To be fair that loss against the Dogs was a ginormous boner killer.
