Speaking of Freddie Kruger I spent 10 mins chatting to Wayne Bennett this morning while waiting for coffees deep in Rabbit territory.

Spoke about his time at the Knights. About the game last week and me having several heart attacks. He said he really enjoyed it. Still a huge fan of Gagai. He asked if as a fan we’d like to see him go again and I said I’d rather Friz went again for another year. Wayne thinks that could be on the cards given his bench role now but can’t have him holding back some of our Jnr’s.

He was very pleasant and great to chat footy with.

Very cool. He is right in a way. With Marta coming, it’s a decision weather we keep Frizz on not. It hinges on Hopwood this year, and a Crouch or Hola stepping up. I think we know Pasami is at best a bench prop.

See how the year plays out, it would have to be a substantially less amount for Frizz for the club to keep him on.

Honestly the side is awful. I understand Flanagan probably had to go but the dragons side is probably the worst roster in the league so 17th is where they should be realistically.
