Really happy he is being recognised for excellent form.

He's lucky in a way that the rest of our spine are below average or not interested, no one to compete with for points apart for Boydo on the odd occasion.

He is also scoring points in beaten sides.
 
Looked at the NSW cup player of the year vote and the funny system they have of giving 3 2 1 to players in every side win or lose means ex Knight Mitch Williams has it in the bag already. He is on 28 points, about 10 clear of the next best, meaning he averages more than 2 points a game - probably because Wyong has no one else worth points.
Our best are AJ Davis and Tyler Randell.
 
If you are going to back anyone to win it I'd be jumping all over JT. He has been absolute sh*t this year and yet at the start of the round he was only 4 points behind Inglis but would no doubt picked up the 3 points against the Dragons while I doubt Inglis would of picked up a point. With our run home being 7 games of our last 10 at home I'm banking on us winning a few of those meaning JT will be in the points most likely. It seems as though they are trying to give him the Dally M this year. No way in the world should he of been on 11 points before the game against the Dragons.

Not bad considering the amount of losses we've had. If we can get on a bit of a roll in this back end of the season, he could go a long way to winning it.
 
He's a chance of being on top now, surely got the 3 points today. I didn't watch all of Souths game but Inglis had a good game too from what I heard.
 
I'd lose it if he won it, he could sneakily do it since it goes behind closed doors. If he did the uproar from other NRL fans would be massive though.

Of the top four NSW players in there, only one has a minor bench role. Hmmmm...
 
I remember hearing on the radio how high up Mullen was. Bit surprised but a bit not surprised as well. He usually starts the years well and picks up a few points then gets nothing. Usually one of our best anyway and I thought the same against the Storm. The one thing I think that seperates him from other guys in his position is his defence but everyone here knows how good his defence especially one on one and the clean up work he does (happened today against the Titans)
 
We were a thousand in front yesterday when Gordon ran the length of the field to score. I know it was a Mullen kick he fielded but just the same he chased his guts out. In his current form and given he's not a pensioner I think Mullen can end up one our best ever.
 
Mullen got 1 point yesterday leaving him equal 1st I believe. Little shocked he didn't grab 3 points. Kicking game was incredible in the wet weather and he provided heaps of attacking options. For anyone who didn't see the point it was, T.Roberts 3 Mcmanus 2 Mullen 1
