Yeah given our season last year we really do need a successful season to get back on track. Success breeds success, and if we do well then we are a more enticing destination for players in future.I think who ever wrote this doesn't like O'Brien and a massive overs call on Bradbury calling him a 10 year player in the NRL half the people haven't even heard of him he is no Payne Hass or Tino that everybody heard of before they debut at a early age and I honestly think we will be around the 8 if we have some luck we injuries so thinking a NRL coach trying to win now is what he should be doing
Like a lot on here I had never heard of Bradbury before this swap. We're not trading away the crown jewels ... and if he turns into a decent player there's always a chance he'll return. But clubs turn over so many players these days, until we really get our junior system where it should be, I think this is a worthwhile swap to increase our chances of success in 2023.
Another year with a makeshift spine would have been absolute suicide from the club.
