Hunts hit on Anasta

Difference being that would be pre meditated and Kidley going out there expecting to do it.

However with the Khunt case Anasta tripped over in front off him whilst Khunt was bracing for impact.

Im with you. That was my initial reaction. And i still think he should have got a week or two, even if he was falling, you cant just put your shoulder into people head... ohwell... Thats my view anyways...nothing can be done now

I'm not sure if you were watching the same game as me ?

If Anasta didn't trip over Hunt would've put a solid hit onto his chest and it would've had people calling it hit of the year, however Anasta tripped over and Hunt caught him on the head, no I'm not sure if you have watched the replays but I'm not sure how you can expect Hunt to realise Anasta was falling and then react to pull out of the shot.
 
Im not saying he should have pulled out. He got it wrong and should serve some time. Thats my view.

I understand he was falling but... oh I give up! :p

How did he get it wrong if Anasta fell into it ?

He would've needed reflexes of a cat to correct himself for the falling Anasta.

Agree with you again 100% frizzed. Exactly what I think.

How would you feel if you were Hunt, and got weeks for something that was completely out of your control and not intentional?

Hits like Hunts yes. That wasnt a tackle, he was clearly trying to smash Anasta. He turned on his side and led in with the shoulder protecting the front half of his body.

A normal tackle would have more arm movement.

If you go for a shoulder charge and it goes wrong, then you should serve time. Thats my view.

Well we will tell our players to trip over and make sure their head hits the Eels players shoulder.
 
You'd be filthy if say it was Hunt on Mullen though? Or would you let it slide?

Worth a week at least. I dont see the difference between that hit and something like Ben Ross's little elbow push that cost him 7.
