Game 2

Hindmarsh and Gallen. I'd have them in the team for sure. Along with Watmough that's a pretty good backrow.
 
I'm not too keen on Waterhouse and Creagh at representative level, however they are great for their respective clubs.

But they could work if we bring in Gallen and get rid of Perry and White for two better props.

Not keen on King either, would rather us bring in Snowden/Douglas/Ryles

Edit: Hindmarsh has retired from rep footy I'm sure.

Nice stat, shame that last part is incorrect though.

Gallen is equal with Mateo in offloads however has not made 1 line break assist so far this year - or try assist for that matter.

My bad, i was thinking of someone else with the last bit. He's still leading the offloads, metres gainds and hitups tho. ANd up there with tackles.

My point is, if he was a hog he wouldnt be passing it at all. With a set of good backs around him all those offloads could be turned into linebreaks. Skillfull tactics.

And he averages a 160m metres a game, which is a great feat for a player let alone a lock, so i think he is entitled to hold the ball a little more. :lol:

1. Gidley (statistically better than hayne, cant see the captain being forced out of position, hayne didnt spark at fullback, made stupid decisions and was best player as the winger last year yet fkd up so much in game one. simply, he has to go but that wont happen.) goal kicker

3. Cooper/Idris (pending injuries)
4. Lyon/Jennings (pending injuries, lyon is the TEST centre, goal kicker)
5. Gordon goal kicker
6. Lewis (alot of try assists, knows what hes doing, and allows for another form fowards into teh pack)
7. Noddy (didnt play a bad game to me, pearce will hve to separate the brisbane river to get in my team, tho if he wasnt injured he'd be in there.

9. Ennis (i guess...farah hasnt been in form) goal kicker-ish

11. Hindmarsh/Watmough(not sure why he isnt in the team, if tis retirement, Watmough)

idris doesnt make my team unless theres a centre injury. great player but in 3rd place atm.

General notice to everyone. Just a few corrections.

Brett Morris plays left wing which is No. 5
Matt Cooper plays left centre which is No. 4
Josh Morris plays right centre which is No. 3

It does make a big difference because they tend to play great on one side and **** on the other. eg. Hayne good on left, **** on right.

@ Newcastle Forever - Idris, NO White, NO, Cross NO. None have shown form warrant of slection, and both Idris and White were very unimpressive at game 1. Hindmarsh would be great, provided the injury he sustained pregame that cost me 110 FL points is a long or even short term thing.

@ AK Your 14's. Farah should be starting Hooker with Ennis dropped. Carney hasnt been all that flas hthe last several weeks/ Idris NO.

@ callumtear - You dropped Hayne. Nice one :). Gidley needs to be moved out of 1 tho. He should be playing 6 or 9 for the full 80. Your 3/4 line is the wrong way round. Idris, NO. Lewis isnt any better a pick for 5/8 then lyon was, and look where that got us.

Correction... Morris might play left wing, but has the '2' on his back at St George. (Hence why he plays outside left centre Cooper)

The numbers mean nothing.

Oh and... Josh Morris plays left centre, actually.

Just like Sau who wears the '3' and plays left.

And finally, that's your opinion re Ennis. Not mine.

Thats club uniform, if he plays left wing for NSW he has a 5. they do, but im not in the mood to argue about it.

I know, which is why i said its my opinion, which i am entitled to, just like your allowed yours.

But he doesn't, he wears 2 in Origin as well? I'm not arguing, I just don't get your point.

Like big deal... better ring them and get him to wear the 5?

So you also understand now he is a left winger, and his brother is a left centre now? Good.

It was meant to be directed at you as in a directed attack or anything. Andi just used your post as a basis to discuss ennis, farah etc etc so people didnt think i was talking about something out of the blue and i was try to tired to bother quoting or thinking.

My mistake. Sorry
