Firstly mental health is a serious problem, so hopefully Crighton can get himself sorter and footy is the last thing he needs to worry aboutAngus Crichton has been given indefinite leave and he is expected to enter a treatment facility in the next few days. Reportedly he will not be available for training for at least 10 weeks.
Predictively the Roosters are seeking salary cup relief.
Now onto the salary cap relief, NO WAY...
It is my understanding that the salary cap relief is for injuries in rep games eg world club challenge, origin or playing for your country. You don't get it for illness or preseason games/training. You also don't get it for injuries during the season when a player say does an ACL.
